Guest Permission Form

Date: Friday, May 2, 2025

Time: 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm

●      Students should arrive no later than 6:30 pm; No students will be allowed to leave prior to 10:00 pm (If there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact Principal Beltrante)

Where: Drexelbrook- 4700 Drexelbrook Drive, Drexel Hill, PA 19026

Cost: $80.00 per person

Menu:

●      The meal will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let a Class Advisor know if your child has a food allergy.

Guest information:

●      If your child is bringing a guest from another school, the Guest Permission Form must be received by Friday, April 25, 2025 (turn into the Main Office)

●      Guest permission forms can be picked up in the main office, the CCAC, from a class advisor, or online (Open the MNHS webpage; hover over Activities; click on Grade 11 Activities or Grade 12 Activities; scroll down and click on Prom)

Ticket sales:

●      Students cannot purchase tickets if they are ineligible based on points

●      Parents/students can purchase tickets online through School Cafe (SchoolCafe.com) ** Must use parents’ account to purchase tickets

●      Checks and cash are also accepted. Checks can be made out to MN Class of 2025 (Seniors) or MN Class of 2026 (Juniors). Please give the check to one of the class advisors (Ms. Jacobson or Mr. Andrews [seniors] or Mrs. Mooney-Carboni or Mrs. Woolery [juniors])

Table Sign-ups:

●      Students will be able to choose their table during 5th Block Advisory during the week of April 21- April 25 (the week after Spring Break).

●      12 people per table

●      Students will not be able to sign up for a table unless they have already purchased a ticket
